The MEDX ZPA Schuko extension is particularly suitable for use in the medical sector to safely supply electrical devices with power. The MEDX medical single socket extension offers a tailor-made solution for your systems and practice rooms, ideally adapted to local conditions in terms of capacity and space. At the same time, the MEDX allows devices to be connected via a ZPA (additional equipotential bonding). This safely prevents potential differences between electrical devices in medical settings.
The TÜV-tested safety socket extension meets, among other things, the relevant requirements of the DIN EN60601-1 standard for multiple sockets within the patient environment and can be used in rooms of application group 2 according to VDE 100 Part 710.

Each Schuko extension has an additional equipotential bonding (ZPA) and a pull-out protection device. The module is individually protected against short circuits by two micro fuses.
