A network isolator provides galvanic isolation for medical devices and systems in accordance with DIN EN 60601-1. A network isolator is a passive electronic component without its own power supply. The galvanic isolation of medical devices and the prevention of leakage currents are essential aspects of everyday medical practice. This protects technical equipment and patients from potentially dangerous overvoltages and static discharges.
Our network isolators are primarily used in medical technology and medical facilities such as hospitals and doctors’ offices. They meet the high requirements of EN 60601-1 and can be used safely in patient environments.
