RMA - (Defective Product)
Here you can quickly and easily report a defect by filling in the required data directly in the form below.
After we receive the RMA form, we will send you an RMA number via email.
Please clearly display this RMA number on the outside of your return package.
For hygiene reasons, defective products with an RMA order, as well as test samples returned to Baaske Medical GmbH & Co. KG, must be handled according to our cleaning and disinfection protocol.
Please understand that we cannot accept complaints or returns without a visible RMA number. Returns without a cleaning and disinfection protocol will be handled separately. For this additional effort, we may charge an extra processing fee of 50 EUR.
