e-medic™ Silence ST-M(i) Medical Computer Powerful, fanless, Medical Mini PC with IP65 protection class on 5 sides The fanless e-medic™ Silence ST-M(i) computers are compact medical PC systems that are ideal for long-term use in clinics and doctor's offices. A highlight of the e-medic™ Silence ST-M(i) is the already galvanically isolated interfaces, so the RS232 port is isolated with up to 4 kV and the RJ45 LAN connection with up to 5 kV. Additional external insulators are therefore unnecessary. The ST-M(i) also shines with high-quality features: 10th generation Intel processor, 3 HDMI monitor outputs, WLAN module with 2x combination antenna for 2.4 and 5GHz, heat pipe cooling system with all-aluminum heat sink profile housing as well as (optional) VESA mount and DIN/wall mounting bracket. The aluminum profile housing reliably protects against mechanical stress. Small gap dimensions and special seals make the housing dust-tight and water-resistant on 5 sides according to IP 65. In addition, the e-medic™ Silence ST-M(i) can be used in temperature environments from 0 to +45°C and a relative humidity of 90%. There is a pressure compensation element to ensure tightness under all working conditions. The aluminum full metal housing is protected against electromagnetic interference (EMI), the EPDM seal is made of electrically conductive material. A heatpipe cooling system is attached directly to the black anodized all-aluminum heatsink profile housing. Optional mounting options include a DIN rail, DIN mount, wall mount and VESA mount. Easy to disinfect Thanks to special EPDM seals, small gaps and IP65 protection on five sides (except the back), the device is both dust and water-repellent, allowing it to be cleaned with suitable disinfectants without moisture penetration. Fanless cooling CPU design The temperature inside the closed, fanless aluminum housing is stabilized exclusively via a special CPU cooling system. The heat from the CPU is dissipated directly to the housing via an aluminum heat sink. VESA 100/100 VESA mounting allows flexible positioning - e.g. B. close to the screen, under a shelf or on vehicle or trolley supports - which shortens cable routes and brings ergonomic and hygienic advantages. Full facilities The Silence ST-M(i) is equipped with an additional potential equalization (ZPA) on the housing. Thanks to RS232 and USB 3.0 interfaces and HDMI outputs as well as WLAN, the medical box PC is suitable as the basis for a fully-fledged practice system, for example when used on visiting trolleys, as a control interface for medical devices.
